Monday evening – Introduction to Iyengar Yoga course: 6-7pm
In-person at: Hythe’s Methodist Church, Rampart Road CT21 5BG
Would you like to build strength, flexibility and stability whilst focusing on the correct and safe alignment in the pose?
This course will help you to develop a firm foundation for a strong and sustainable yoga practice supporting clarity and relaxation.
These six-week courses are perfect for those with little or no yoga experience, those who have not practised for a while, those wishing to learn the foundations of Iyengar yoga from the beginning and complete beginners.
Join us on this small, friendly course and work towards improving your heath and well-being whilst making new friends and having fun on the mat.

Tuesday morning MIXED LEVEL class: 10.00-11.15am
In-person at: Hythe’s Methodist Church, Rampart Road CT21 5BG
Join us for a fun, mixed-ability class which covers the basics with clear and concise instruction. These classes are suitable for new students, those new to Iyengar yoga, and for more experience students.
Tuesday evening GENERAL LEVEL class: 7.00-8.15pm
In-person at: Hythe’s Methodist Church, Rampart Road CT21 5BG
Online: Live, interactive, class from the comfort of your own home
Join us for a fun, general level, 75 min class. These classes are suited to those with some yoga experience through to the more adept.
Iyengar yoga is a dynamic style of yoga offering safe progression of yoga asana (postures) to develop each student’s unique ability. Methodical and progressive, it emphasises safety and precision in alignment whilst developing strength, endurance, flexibility and wellbeing.
Wednesday evening GENERAL LEVEL class: 6.00-7.15pm
In-person at: Saltwood Village Hall, Rectory Lane, Hythe CT21 5BG
Online: Live, interactive, class from the comfort of your own home
